  • Chat Room Settings: Title, description, expiration time, and participant limits you set when creating a room.
  • Device Tokens: If you enable push notifications, we store a device token to send notifications. This can be deleted at any time.
  • IP Address: Temporarily logged for security and abuse prevention purposes only.

2. No Registration Required

UFD.APP does not require registration, login, or any account creation. We do not collect:

  • Names or usernames
  • Email addresses (except when you contact us)
  • Phone numbers
  • Photos or profile pictures
  • Location data
  • Social media accounts

3. Message Encryption

All messages are encrypted during transmission and storage. We use industry-standard encryption protocols to protect your communications.

4. Data Retention

Chat rooms and all associated messages are automatically and permanently deleted when:

  • The chat room expires (based on the time limit you set)
  • The maximum number of messages is reached
  • You manually delete the chat room

We do not keep backups of deleted chat rooms. Once deleted, messages cannot be recovered.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use minimal cookies and local storage only for:

  • Essential session functionality
  • Remembering your preferences
  • Analytics to improve our service (anonymized)

We do not use tracking cookies or share data with advertisers.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Firebase Cloud Messaging: For push notifications (optional)
  • Firebase Analytics: For anonymized usage statistics

These services have their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them if you have concerns.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties, except:

  • When required by law or legal process
  • To protect our rights or prevent fraud
  • With service providers who help us operate (under strict confidentiality)

  • Disable push notifications and have your device token removed

9. Children's Privacy

UFD.APP is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has used our service, please contact us.

10. Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure servers, and regular security audits. However, no internet service is 100% secure.
